Utah’s Beehive Distilling ages their seven-botanical gin in hand-charred French oak barrels that previously housed chardonnay from California. Passed on to us, this ex-gin cask continues to be an inspiring vessel, bringing out an aromatic bouquet of winter spices, guava, and berries in our 2021 harvest.
