Inspired by the biodiversity of mints that grow in the Andes region, this is our take on the classic combination of mint and chocolate. By using whole leaf instead of aromatic essences, this chocolate provides the full-spectrum sensations and properties of mints, including sunfo, Ecuadorian tipo, and yerba buena.
The mints are sourced from smallholder farmers in the Andes. Like nature, our ingredients change flavor with the seasons. Enjoy the subtle variations in aroma and flavor profile from harvest to harvest.
