Golden Peanuts is made with Salprieta, an ancestral condiment made with heirloom varieties of corn and peanuts that are ground into a powder and seasoned with achiote, coriander seeds, and salt. 

The Salprieta is sourced from Hugo Gonzenbach in Manabi, Ecuador, and the achiote from Doña Eugenia in Bogotá, Colombia. Like nature, our ingredients change flavor with the seasons. Enjoy the subtle variations in aroma and flavor profile from harvest to harvest.
